I've known Trevor of Cam Cool Refrigeration for a couple of years now and during that time I've leaned much about the company and their focus on quality and fantastic service. They work on both commercial and residential jobs and are great at what they do - I've heard nothing but good things about their work! I can speak to this personally as well; they did a small job for me not that long ago. We recently listed our home to sell and in our preparations one thing we wanted to do was have our furnace inspected. It was crucial that it be done within our tight timeline but also not disrupt my husband and I as we both work from home. I was not disappointed! Trevor was beyond accommodating. He got us in the schedule quickly and was very respectful when he came to do the inspection. The workboots came off to keep our home tidy, he was very efficient getting the job done, and when he did need to venture away from the furnace in the storage room to check the vents in the rest of the home he was quiet as a mouse and did not disrupt my husband's conference call at all. I reached out to Jessica in a bit of a panic as we had no heat on our first day back after holidays. Our salon is very busy and was VERY cold. I know they were incredibly busy, out there braving all of the chaos of the snowfall. They made time for us promptly (despite it being a small job) and kept me in the loop every step of the way prior to coming by. They are incredibly professional and prompt and solved the issue quickly. I will be looking to replace our outdated system in the near future and will not hesitate to use this company again as long as they are willing to take us on. Trevor & Neil came out to our home for a routine servicing that resulted in a unique set of solutions. We learned that our new place's furnace filter had not been replaced for a very long time (it looked like it was wearing a fur coat!) & was not operating efficiently, & replaced it with an inexpensive, new high-efficiency filter that we could easily buy & replace on our own in the future. In addition, they showed us how the heating system could be used in the Summertime by cooling the air just by increasing the circulation of the air inside our home. Also, they confirmed that, while our furnace is in great shape overall for it's age (over 20 years), there was a critical part needing replacement. Finally, they helped us upgrade to Programmable thermostats which is making it so much better & easier & less expensive to operate. Love that you're a family business Trevor, Jessica, & Neil. I am the warehouse manager of a company in Vancouver, and we had some issues with our HVAC unit. Had some other companies come in to fix it, but they charged me a crazy amount to tell me it was a blown fuse. Well the fuse blew again, so we called Cam Cool Refrigeration. The guys were very friendly and prompt! Neil and Trevor came right away after finishing up their current job, and were at my warehouse within half an hour. They very quickly fixed the problem, as well as did a couple more installations that we needed done. All in all they were here for less than an hour, and accomplished more than the other HVAC companies did. The next day I received a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone, and will be using them again. We were getting ready to list our home and had Cam Cool Refrigeration come and inspect our furnace. The challenge was that we needed it done quickly and my husband and I also work from home so it needed to not be that disruptive. Trevor was very accommodating. He fit us into the schedule and when he came to do the work he was very respectful, boots were removed, he worked quickly and thoroughly, and when he needed to venture through the house to check the various vents he was quite as a mouse as to not disrupt my husband's conference call. Neil and Trevor did a great job for us. Our central air conditioner developed a leak, drenching our carpet - they responded very quickly and fixed it right away. We had the privilege of having the Cam Cool team service our home furnace as it had been some time since it was last done. My wife was at home alone and they did a great job of explaining everything, answering any questions she had and leaving extra filters too. I really appreciated the reminder call a few months later to switch out the air filter. Great customer service! We have been putting off on repairing our AC unit, but we finally went and got Cam Cool to fix our AC Unit.
